FELIPE COTRIM
- Co-Founder -
Felipe is a learner, a mentor, and a facilitator. Besides co-founding LQA, he is a PhD student at the University of Lisbon where he is researching leadership and how to develop it. He is also the author of a self-knowledge methodology focused on meaning-making and offered online in Portuguese.
People usually call him calm, kind, and patient. He often calls himself curious, ambitious, and systematic. Other interests and passions: non-fiction books, scientific thinking, community management, samba music, eating out, fire pits, and deep conversations.

GONZALO VAZQUEZ

Originally born in Mexico City, Gonzalo has always been intrigued by the power of conversation and human connection. Currently, he lives in Toronto, Canada, working as a software developer. Throughout his career, he has nurtured his passion for teaching and mentorship and now takes his skills to LQA. Join Gonzalo, as we converse on topics between the interaction of philosophy and psychology.
ARMANDO PANMAN DE WIT
- Gran Canaria -
Born in Colombia, grew up in The Netherlands, and now living in Spain. Curious about how things work and how people think, Armando has always been asking the “why?” question. And even when you have answered this question, he will ask you again “why?”. This led him to study Biomedical Sciences with a focus on Neuroscience. Nowadays, he puts himself into the mind of others while working as a Growth Marketer.
SASKIA LACKNER

Saskia has quickly learned the power to ask questions for better connection when growing up in different European countries. Saskia currently lives in Vienna, working as coach and trainer. She holds a Master's degree in psychology and is intrigued by topics dwelling on psychology, philosophy and communication. As counsellor she has a strong passion to inspire and ignite both personal and professional development and supporting people to live their full potential.
FARRUKH TURSUNOV

Originally from Uzbekistan, now a Berlin resident - Farrukh has always been fascinated by philosophy and psychology. In an increasingly digital world, he strives to keep the human connection alive through LQA sessions and community-building projects. He also previously organized webinars on the mental well-being of professionals and currently works with social impact enterprises. His favorite hobby is street photography.
